Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
C-Imp Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end Continuous Improvement (C-Imp) projects, applying the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
Lean Six Sigma Application: Apply Lean tools and principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management) and Six Sigma principles (statistics and variance analysis) to optimize internal processes.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret process performance data to identify the root cause of problems and quantify the impact of proposed solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, buy-in, and sustainability of implemented changes.
Training and Coaching: Act as a mentor and coach for operational teams in applying basic continuous improvement principles
Documentation: Create robust process documentation (AS-IS and TO-BE) and control plans to ensure that improvement gains are sustained

Are you a MATCH?
Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or project management roles
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Mandatory)
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Focus on achieving quantifiable results and business value through improvement
Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to different levels of audience (operational to executive)
