We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build-

  • In this back-office role, you’ll help shape a streamlined and efficient support system for the CAA Leadership team in managing SAP Cloud ERP Private Edition deals. You’ll build and maintain processes, dashboards, and communication flows that keep operations running smoothly.
  • Opportunity and capacity management frameworks to track and organize ongoing deals.
  • Qualification and technical review processes to ensure opportunities meet defined criteria.
  • A centralized dashboard to collate incoming requests and capture key details from sales teams.
  • Collaboration channels with MU Sales Leaders and the MU CAA Manager to prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Monitoring systems to oversee CAA utilization and workload, rebalancing resources as needed.
  • Regular coordination routines—including daily and weekly meetings—to review open opportunities and available capacity.
  • A single point of contact function to manage queries related to opportunity assignments and progress.
  • Comprehensive reporting mechanisms to provide CAA management with clear insights into workload distribution and performance

What you bring-

  • Understanding of opportunity and capacity management.
  • Ability to assess qualification criteria and address technical or process-related questions with accuracy and clarity.
  • Experience in organizing and managing dashboards, collating inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven collaboration skills in working with Sales Leaders and Managers to prioritize and manage opportunities effectively.
  • Capability to monitor team workload and utilization, with a proactive approach to resolving resource constraints.
  • A responsive, solution-oriented mindset to act as the primary contact for opportunity tracking and progress updates.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to deliver clear insights and performance summaries to leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting or analytics tools.
  • Skills in Excel programming using VBA, with the ability to automate and optimize reporting processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from an accredited university.
  • Foundational understanding of SAP technologies and related systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset.

Where you belong-

Step into a role that connects you with multiple regions and richly diverse cultures. You’ll be part of a fun-loving team of tech enthusiasts who thrive on talking technology with customers — while keeping the atmosphere light, even in high-pressure moments. Your day will start by reviewing incoming requests for CAA assignments, performing essential hygiene checks, ensuring sales opportunities are accurately maintained, and routing each deal to the right CAA unit. You’ll often collaborate with sales leaders and CAA managers to prioritize key opportunities before moving them forward for assignment. As SAP’s portfolio continues to evolve, you’ll stay ahead of the curve — learning new offerings and adapting our process guidelines to match. You’ll belong to a global organization that supports over 9,000 customers worldwide, contributing to a team that drives impact across the business every single day.
