Objective

Support Production on the Assembly Line for Large Engine LPTs RR.

Main Functions and Responsibilities

• Scheduling/planning of the assembly line
• Management and optimization of production equipment
• Organization of personnel (direct and indirect) on the line
• Execution of tasks highly oriented to meeting the schedule
• Compliance with MG budget
• Achievement of unit cost objectives
• Improvement of production processes
• Product Quality responsibility
• Responsibility for H&S standards
• Coordination with Planning and Delivery areas

Required Profile

• Corporate systems (Teamcenter, SAP, and MES)
• Assembly processes
• Process standards
• Quality system
• PFMEA and risk analysis
• Ability to organize teams
• Strong cost and customer service (delivery) orientation
• Quality, Production Safety, and H&S understood as “non-negotiable”

Education

Degree in Industrial or Aerospace Engineering, or proven experience in related functions
