About the role:
As an Engineer in the Electric Physical Design group, you will perform engineering evaluations and technical analyses supporting nuclear power plant operations, focusing on safety and performance.
You will report to the Manager of Electrical Physical Design and collaborate with international teams to provide high-quality design solutions.
You will be located at Madrid, and follow a hybrid work schedule.
Main Responsibilities:

Implement a variety of engineering tasks related to plant operation and design.

Use 2D/3D design tools.

Apply IEEE and IE codes in design and analysis work.

Document engineering analyses thoroughly.

Develop and propose solutions to technical challenges encountered during project execution.

Collaborate within integrated and international project teams.

Occasional travel to customer sites or industry workshops to gather or present technical information (estimated travel: 10 - 15%).
Qualifications:
-
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Nuclear Engineering (preferred).

1 + years of experience in electrical system design.

Knowledge of nuclear power plants or completion of a Nuclear Energy Master's program valuable.

Experience with core engineering principles and their practical application.

Team-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of project priorities.

Fluent in English, with written and verbal communication skills
