The Grants & Sponsorships Administrator manages Jefferson’s grantmaking operations through all stages of the grants & sponsorships process. This position will be responsible for managing, monitoring and executing on all grants & sponsorships authorized by Jefferson, ensuring consistent grant & sponsorship documentation and compliance. The position will manage our sponsorship portal and use it to support the grants administration function, support external not-for-profit community partners, as well provide guidance to leadership on sponsorship strategy and procedures. The Grants & Sponsorships Administrator is responsible for fulfilling all associated benefits, activating key sponsorship opportunities in partnership with business partners across the Enterprise. This role will also support internal staff and leadership on special grants & sponsorship-related projects, and reports to the Vice President of Community Impact and Strategic Partnerships. The successful candidate will possess creative problem-solving skills, exceptional ability to work both independently, and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Job Description

Oversee overall grants flow process, document procedures, and manage all aspects of process implementation
- Administer all components of the grants cycle, including, but not limited to: working with external applicants on processes, database management, review with Jefferson Enterprise Sponsorship Committee, documentation, compliance, benefits fulfillment and facilitation of payments
- Track and analyze budget and expenditure reports and ensure alignment to Community Impact goals and expectations
- Serve as lead for sponsorship portal system with both internal and external audiences
- Represent Jefferson at various events and programs, internally and externally to a wide-array of audiences
- Be available to assist with signature events and programs, including on evenings and weekends
- Assist with community event planning, coordination and engagement with team and Office of Community Impact and Belonging at-large
- Deliver presentations regarding Jefferson’s grants and sponsorships program both internally and externally
- Align grants and sponsorship opportunities across the Office of Community Impact and Belonging
- Document evolution of key relationships and partnerships
- Fulfill any and all grant and sponsorship benefits, in partnership with business lines
- Work collaboratively with region leads and finance team to ensure complete and accurate records of all grants & sponsorship expenditures
- Execute special projects as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School diploma (or GED) and Bachelors degree required.
Experience as grants program coordinator, administrative assistant, or relevant position preferred.
