Are you an experienced Electrical, Software or Test Design Engineer with 10+ years of experience looking for the next step to grow your career? BAE Systems is searching for a RF Principal Test Engineer with experience in developing automated test software solutions.  The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert and technical lead to their team.  They must be able to assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate, and be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment.  This individual should be comfortable providing accurate technical status to program management or direction to individual contributors as part of their job function, as well as interfacing with other engineering disciplines as necessary.
