What You’ll Do:
The Classic Center and Akins Ford Arena are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy leader to take charge of ticketing operations. As the Ticket Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to expert for our part-time ticketing team, lead hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure every guest receives top-tier service.
You’ll be at the center of event operations, managing entry plans, building ticketed events in our system, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and event teams to deliver smooth, engaging experiences. Your skills in data analysis and campaign creation will help drive ticket sales and deepen customer engagement.
From hockey games and ice skating to concerts and community celebrations, you’ll be at the center of it all.
Your Impact:
- Lead & Inspire: Hire, train, and support a team of Ticketing Services Representatives
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure seamless guest entry and top-tier customer service
- Drive Strategy: Analyze ticketing data and create campaigns that boost sales
- Build Events: Set up general admission events in the ticketing system
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work with marketing, sales, and event teams to elevate the fan experience
- Upsell & Optimize: Maximize revenue through strategic upselling and dynamic pricing
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
- 2+ years in retail or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new systems
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bonus points for ticketing or CRM experience!
