ABOUT THE AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER ROLE
As a leader, one of the key responsibilities is to guide and coach our Sales Consultants through the sales process. Working directly with clients is equally important, as appraising vehicles, structuring deals, and serving as a second point of contact are critical aspects of this role.
The schedule for this position involves working some evenings and every Saturday with one day off during the week.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior automotive sales experience is required, automotive management experience is preferred
- PA Vehicle Sales License
