Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-6:00 pm with 1 Saturday a month

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with professionalism and care

• Accurately write up repair orders and communicate maintenance recommendations

• Provide clear explanations of services, costs, and timelines

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

• Maintain knowledge of Hyundai products, warranties, and service procedures

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug screening
