Apprentice na ARCH Global Precision

As an Apprentice, you’ll be trained through a structured development program that builds foundational knowledge before moving into more advanced manufacturing processes such as CNC machining. You’ll work across multiple downstream operations to understand the flow of production and the critical role each step plays in creating high-quality medical devices.

Key areas of training include:

• Finishing & Deburring: Learn how to smooth, refine, and prepare components for the next stages of production.

• Passivation: Understand chemical finishing techniques used to protect and enhance stainless steel components.

• Inspection: Gain skills in measuring, gauging, and verifying precision parts to meet exacting specifications.

• Laser Marking: Operate precision marking equipment to ensure proper traceability and labeling.

• Documentation & Quality: Learn how to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and maintain compliance with quality standards.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability.
• Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow instructions/directions and pay attention to details.
• Ability and desire to learn CNC machining trade skills.

Physical Demands:

• Light to moderate physical exertion required
• Lifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: 50
• Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility
