Assistant Service Manager na Optimum RV LLC

Optimum RV is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Service Manager to support our busy Service Department in Ocala, Florida. This position plays a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service and that our technicians have the support and resources they need to perform efficiently.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

·        Assist the Service Manager in daily operations of the Service Department.

·        Help manage service appointments, repair orders, and workflow to maximize productivity.

·        Communicate with customers regarding repair estimates, timelines, and service updates.

·        Support Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely and accurate work order completion.

·        Review repair orders for accuracy and ensure warranty and policy guidelines are followed.

·        Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service environment.

·        Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction and retention.

·        Monitor technician performance and assist with coaching and training as needed.

·        Support administrative tasks such as parts requests, warranty claims, and billing coordination.

·        All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

·        Prior experience in RV, automotive, or marine service management preferred.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills.

·        Knowledge of repair order processes, warranty handling, and service operations.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

·        Proficient with computer systems and service management software.
