• $120,000+ earning potential with a $40,000/year guaranteed base salary + commissions and bonuses

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for the Buick and GMC brands and a desire to help customers find the perfect blend of luxury, capability, and style
• Basic computer proficiency (including mobile apps and CRM systems)
• Willingness to learn Buick & GMC product knowledge — from the refined Enclave and Encore GX to the professional-grade Sierra and Yukon
• Familiarity with basic finance concepts
• A team-oriented, customer-first mindset
• A valid driver’s license
