Hot 8 Yoga prides ourselves on being the hottest, cleanest, and most connected yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Assistant Managers who love Yoga to join our company!

Hot 8 Yoga offers 7 different class styles: Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin, and 26&2.

Responsibilities fall within the following buckets:

Grow Community

• Set and achieve sales goals - make 1 sale per shift
• Track retention, conversion, attrition
• Track sales and grow community

Hire & Develop Staff

• Interview, hire and train front desk staff (TEAM8s) 
• Quarterly check-ins with staff
• Oversee Shift Leaders

Clean & Maintain Studio

• Oversee inventory
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Address day-to-day maintenance needs 

Administration

• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Processing payroll
• Attend monthly Continuing Education meetings

Candidates must exhibit:

• Eagerness to develop staff
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to give and receive feedback
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills in all areas of work

Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $26.50/hr +commission 
• Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance up to $535/month
• 2-weeks (10 days) PTO

Qualifications

Ideal Candidates

• Previous management experience is required.
• Candidates are preferred to have a 200-hour RYT certificate and teach classes on the schedule.
