The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of multifamily communities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive financial performance, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional resident experiences that define the Gold Standard. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire, to lead, and to navigate a diverse multifamily asset collection, while embracing innovation and possessing a proven track record of successfully managing a multifamily portfolio of over 3,000 units.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor Community Managers and site teams to achieve occupancy, NOI, and operational goals.

• Conduct property inspections and financial reviews to ensure top performance.

• Oversee budgets, capital projects, and vendor partnerships.

• Implement marketing and rent strategies to drive growth and maintain strong occupancy.

• Champion compliance with Fair Housing and company standards while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, with proven success in multi-site leadership.

• Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to drive results.

• Inspiring leadership skills with a passion for developing people.

• Willingness to travel overnight and work weekends as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree and industry certifications (CAM, CAPS) preferred.
