What you'll do:
- Lead execution of multiple digital solution initiatives by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, coaching, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Partner with senior leaders to define goals, assess risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness, conducting gap analyses, and implementing process enhancements aligned with company strategy.
- Analyze key performance indicators and recommend data-driven adjustments to meet business objectives.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance service and product capabilities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in digital program management with the ability to drive multiple business plans and projects to successful completion.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, and build high-performing teams while establishing clear performance expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence and align cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, including gap analysis and implementation of best practices aligned with company strategy.
- Analytical proficiency to evaluate program performance, conduct ROI analyses, and recommend data-driven adjustments.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage risks, resolve critical issues, and support continuous learning.
- Experience in Business requirements refinement and implementation of digital solutions

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
