Sentara is hiring a 340B Pharmacy Quality Control Analyst for our Pharmacy Team
Location: Sentara Park - Virginia Beach, 23464
Status: Full Time (40 hrs/wk)

The Pharmacy Quality Control Coordinator provides operational, analytical, and business support for Sentara. Federal laws, regulations, and programs require the entity to have ongoing oversight of usage to prevent diversion and ensure compliance with regulations and notices. Responsibilities for this position include:
- Conduct, monitor, analyze, investigate, and complete special projects associated with key medication use metrics.
- Assist with self-audits, the development of monitoring or operational protocols, and creation of efficient and effective internal controls for key medication use metrics.
- Responsible for ongoing analysis (in collaboration with departmental leadership) and individual facility performance to goals and expectations.
- Provide periodic reports of audit findings and proposed corrective action plans to departmental leadership and appropriate committees.
- Network effectively both horizontally across multiple disciplines and vertically throughout the leadership hierarchy.
Education
Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
1 of the following certifications is preferred
Virginia LPN License (Preferred)
Advanced 340B Operations Certified Expert (Preferred)
Virginia Registered Nurse License (Preferred)
CPhT Certification (Preferred)
Experience
3 Years experience in on of the following fields is required
- Healthcare
- Nursing
- Pharmacy
- Data Analytics
