We're thrilled to welcome a Senior Cost Estimator with healthcare project experience to join our team! This remote role is ideal for someone currently based in California who is looking to be a key member of our cost estimating team, with the opportunity to learn and grow alongside a passionate group of cost estimating and construction management professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed quantity take-off and preliminary pricing for a variety of construction project types.  
• Review and interpret construction drawings to understand the overall project scope.
• Support development of comprehensive cost estimates/models communicating the client’s project and strategic goals.
• Facilitate document control, file management, and project collaboration.
• Ensure a quality product is presented to the client by adhering to QA/QC procedures.
• Actively research, solicit and develop sources/vendors to compile and maintain the accuracy of cost information.
• Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project goals.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years as a cost estimating professional, preferably as a consultant, to include, but not limited to, conceptual estimating, take-offs, change order review/reconciliation, value engineering solutions, etc.  
• Prior healthcare estimating experience highly desired 

• Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications).
• Proficient user of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar quantity takeoff software preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred.

Compensation: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
