SUMMARY:
The Facilities Coordinator oversees all aspects of Providence physical facilities and warehouse operations, including inventory management, facility upkeep, fleet and equipment maintenance, and logistical support. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and organized operation of the Providence warehouse and related assets, including vehicles, trailers, boats, ATVs/UTVs, and other small engines. The Facilities Coordinator also coordinates minor repairs, facility improvements, and supports company functions as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with minor maintenance and small engine repair.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (ATV, UTV, trailers, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Accept deliveries, manage pallets, and organize supplies.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on facility, vehicles, trailers, boats, ATVs/UTVs, and small engines.
- Schedule and coordinate service, inspections, and repairs for fleet and equipment.
- Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections and safety board updates.
- Maintain facility exterior and grounds, including trash removal, limb trimming, and pest control.
- Support company functions by setting up tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Program and manage access codes, alarm systems, and gate remotes.
- Assist vendors and employees as needed.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, sump pumps, and thermostats.
- Inventory and request janitorial and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
