Vehicle Maintenance Worker na Nex-Tech

Nex-Tech is looking for a skilled and dependable Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll keep our fleet running safely and efficiently by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of diesel and gasoline Company vehicles and equipment. From oil changes to diagnosing complex mechanical issues, your work ensures our teams stay on the road and ready to serve our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect, maintain, and perform repairs on Company vehicles and equipment.
• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and general cleaning.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using hand and power tools.
• Keep vehicle registrations, insurance, and licensing up to date.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on construction equipment, generators, and trailers.
• Maintain shop organization, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Install decals, toolboxes, and other accessories on Company vehicles.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of automotive systems, diesel and gasoline engines, and electrical and hydraulic repairs.
• Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with solid record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Educaiton and Experience 

An Associate’s Degree or equivalent certification from a technical/vocational school in Automotive Mechanics, or the equivalent. Valid Driver’s License required; ability to obtain and maintain a CDL preferred.
