Maintenance Technician na Findlay Toyota Henderson

Findlay Toyota is seeking Maintenance Technicians for our high volume service department. Findlay is one of the largest & fastest growing automotive groups in the Southwestern U.S! We are seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to help grow our booming service business and meet the growing demand.  This is a great opportunity to join a team that offers growth, advancement and recognizes hard work! 

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order in accordance with Findlay policies and procedures. 
• Complete oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake fluid exchanges, power steering fluid exchanges, coolant exchanges and various other maintenance services commonly performed as regular vehicle maintenance.
• Top off fluids and set tire pressures to the specifications provided by the manufacturer.
• Mount new tires, Road-Force balance tires and perform tire puncture repairs. 
• Test drive vehicles both for diagnosis and quality control.
• Report accurate measurements and recommendations via the Multi Point Inspection program.
• Quality control check all vehicles after services are completed. 
• Communicate regularly with service advisors, shop foremen and service management.
• Maintain attention to detail and respect for our guests' vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Some previous experience in Automotive Maintenance
• Strong ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude
• Valid Nevada Driver's License
• Clean driving record
