The Opportunity

Retention Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of email marketing and mobile campaigns. In this role you will execute hundreds of email campaigns and mobile messages that utilize best practices to drive continuous improvement of the program. Marketing Specialist will utilize impactful marketing planning, collaborate with ecommerce & creative partners, to deliver targeted email and mobile campaigns.

Working closely with various business units to develop objectives & identify areas of customer improvement.

Your Impact

  • Act as the project manager for hundreds of email campaigns as assigned by Manager from concept to deployment to performance analysis.

  • Strategically determine production schedule, create & plan multiple campaign.

  • Partner with eCommerce to determine key sales points, insure alignment to event/programming messaging and insure images are available in accordance to email timeline.

  • Create complete, detailed creative brief and independently directs copy, design and HTML teams with core focus of each campaign. 

  • Set up and execution for weekly push messages.

  • Review email campaign results as provided by Tableau & Adobe

  • Partner with the Campaign Management team to obtain the appropriate customer list to launch via email system (Bluecore). Monitor to confirm 100% completion.

  • Responsible for reviewing test versions of campaigns before launch by utilizing close attention to detail to check erroneous spelling, linking, promotional errors.

What You Bring

  • BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required

  • 2 plus years professional experience, within digital or email marketing, or eCommerce

  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, teamwork-based environment is critical

  • Aptitude to recommended solutions that improve processes and ability to communicate and execute recommended solutions

  • Strong attention to detail, time management skills and exceptional follow-through skills.

  • Solid Interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
