Join our team as a Portfolio Specialist, where you'll play a key role in supporting our collections, legal, fraud, and repossession teams. You'll help streamline operations, coordinate events and volunteer activities, manage administrative tasks, and ensure high-quality service for both internal and external customers. If you're highly organized, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! Experience in collections or business support is a plus, and a Notary license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred.

Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 based on experience + monthly commission
Modality: On-Site, West Valley Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

What you'll be doing

  • Supports the collections business line

  • Facilitates efficient, quality-based, and cost savings solutions

  • Escalates concerns related to assigned operation

  • Provides support for Legal Collections, Fraud, and Repossession teams

  • Administers and monitors programs, projects, and processes specific to business needs

  • Manages requests for community relations events, sponsorships, and company volunteer activities

  • Performs business operations functions that are administrative in nature

  • Aids in routine record keeping and report preparation

  • Works closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs

  • Interacts with Portfolio Administrators and provides backup support

  • Completes other duties as assigned by leadership

What you have:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer contact, collections, account resolution, or business support role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and outstanding verbal communication skills

  • Ability to obtain Notary license once in the role

What will make you stand out:

  • A college degree

  • Knowledge of the leasing industry

  • A current Notary license

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer contact, collections, account resolution, or business support role.
