ESSENTIAL FUNCTION
1. Growth management – develop long term forecasts; model new centers to secure capital funding for new facility development; drive accountability on committed actions
2. Operations analysis – utilize financial and other data to drive improvements in key performance metrics; drive accountability on committed actions
3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – set treatment and cost budgets for multiple divisions; track performance and identify opportunities for improvement; drive accountability on committed actions
4. Direct projects and work and manage professional development of junior teammates
5. Other duties as assigned.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
