Accounts Receivable and Collections Clerk na Gold Rush Distribution

Description

• Post customer payments and maintain accurate AR records
• Utilize our POS system to apply payments 
• Process daily mail
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Contact customers to collect outstanding balances
• Send invoices, statements, and payment reminders
• Prepare aging reports and update management weekly
• Work closely with sales and operations to ensure billing accuracy

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic office software and comfortable with technology.
• High school diploma required; associate’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of AR or collections experience
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• High attention to detail; able to meet deadlines
• Bilingual a plus
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
