As a leader in our program, you will cultivate strong relationships with key clients within the water sector. %26nbsp;By gaining a deep understanding of their mission, vision, culture, and strategic goals, you will help align our talented professionals to deliver innovative solutions to their most pressing challenges.%3C/span%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3EWorking closely with the Missouri/Kansas Water Business Development Manager and Water Business Group Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and directing opportunities across our four water market sectors: drinking water, wastewater, federal water, and water resource management. Duties include maintaining and expanding existing client relationships; identifying, establishing, and nurturing relationships with new target clients; forecasting and positioning the firm for key project pursuits that result in client selection and award; leading project pursuits by developing of winning strategies, preparing proposals, presentations, scopes, and fees; performing quality reviews; and coaching presentation teams. sans-serif;font-size:14px;%22%3EMonitor new market trends and participate in development and implementation of local and regional strategic initiatives and tactical planning by identifying and Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
  • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Demonstrated ability to build a network of clients and industry partners
  • Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies
  • Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
  • Demonstrated experience in writing compelling content based on information from technical staff
