Inside Sales Internship – Columbus, Ohio (On-site)

Please note: This internship is based in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must be located in or able to commute to Columbus for the duration of the program. Housing is not provided.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Intern, you’ll work side by side with experienced sales professionals, serving both our client base and our manufacturing facilities. This position will provide you the opportunity to develop your Customer Service skills and start to learn the sales process. You will work directly with the sales reps, serving their client base and our manufacturing plants to ensure full customer satisfaction.
This internship is designed for college sophomores or juniors who are eager to explore a future in sales and want to learn how a large organization operates from the inside out.
What You’ll Do
- This Internship provides the perfect opportunity to learn how to be successful within a large organization, while developing sales skills and strategies that will benefit you throughout your career.
- You will work closely with our customer support and sales teams as well as management in a strong, but competitive team atmosphere.
- This position will support our sales staff with day-to-day tasks as well as special project work.
What You’ll Bring
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate pricing, product, and service information.
- A proactive, energetic, and adaptable personality that thrives in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (sophomore or junior standing).
- Availability to work on-site at our corporate office in Columbus, Ohio according to the required schedule.
