Full-time/35 hour work week
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate of experience

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Provides administrative support to Senior Management leadership and Bridges' Board of Directors.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs tasks that are varied and administrative in nature that requires a high-level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Provides administrative support to the Board of Directors by attending board and committee meetings, taking and producing minutes, and following-up where needed.
- Deliver administrative support to the Quality Assurance Department by providing low-level billing chart audits or other chart audits and other administrative tasks as requested.
- Serve as gift administrator for the Development Department by performing gift and data entry, overseeing database maintenance, providing periodic donor and gift reports, producing donor correspondence, and supporting donor and event tasks as needed.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor or senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS and COMPETENCIES
- Associate's degree in related administrative/business field preferred a minimum of five years of high-level administrative support experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong proofreading ability.
- Ability to handle various situations or documents with confidentiality, sensitivity, and accuracy and monitor same for signature or action.
- Ability to take direction from supervisor or senior leadership and handle multiple and changing priorities and projects to determine urgency.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work/tasks effectively and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills required with high level of proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with an Electronic Health Records (EHR) software or experience with is preferred.
- Database entry skills or experience; familiarity with a donor database is preferred.
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis.
