Responsibilities:
- Daily flight operations coordination
- Act as the intermediary between the Government customer, the Program Manager, and the SNC Flight Operations team
- Plan flights that support Government customer requirements
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 6+ years of relevant experience
- A higher level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Fundamental MS Office Skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
- Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
- Experience with manned and unmanned ISR Systems, aircraft, and inherent capabilities
- Experience coordinating and planning ISR missions
- Knowledge of associated technologies and communications requirements on current ISR platforms
- Active top secret clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Development of proposals to include administrative tasks as assigned
- Data entry into PM Systems
- Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
- Conflict resolution especially those related to resource assignments
- Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives
- Experience working within the SOF community and/or the Joint Special Operations Command
