IT Help Desk Intern - Temporary Project na Riverview Health

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic IT Team here at Riverview Health as we prepare for our Epic Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) - a critical milestone in our Epic software implementation. This internship offers hands-on experience in a large-scale system readiness, infrastructure validation, and end-user support. You'll play a key role in ensuring our Epic environment is fully operational and optimized for go-live.

We are looking for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who display the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment, while maintaining a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technical challenges.

This is a temporary project ranging from approximately mid-November 2025 thru end of January 2026 and requires the ability to drive throughout Hamilton County, Indiana to various Riverview sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists with setup, configuration, and testing of Epic workstations and peripherals.
• Supports network connectivity checks and participates in validation of hardware/software readiness across departments.

Education Requirements:

• Minimum: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Information Systems or other related field or equivalent experience

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum: 
  • Basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Preferred: Familiarity with Epic systems or healthcare IT 

License/Certification Requirements 

• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and insurance for personal vehicle
