We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion. - Responsible for managerial aspects of a project including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
- Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
- Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
- Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
- Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
- Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
- Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
- 5+ years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field required
