Who We�re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Previous dental or medical sterilization experience a plus.

• Knowledge of infection control procedures and OSHA guidelines preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be dependable and able to follow detailed protocols.

• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).

A Typical Day as a Sterilization Technician:

• Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment.

• Maintaining sterilization logs and ensuring proper documentation.

• Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms between patients.

• Monitoring inventory of sterilization supplies and assisting the clinical team as needed.

• Supporting the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and a safe, kid-friendly environment.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts

• Daytime hours � No nights!
