Sr Product Manager na Fay Group / Genstone Insurance

We are currently looking for Sr Product Manager to join our team.

Reporting to the President, Genstone Insurance, this position drives product strategy and execution for the insurance platform that directly interfaces with insurance carriers. This role serves as the product owner for the platform and integrated tools that support agent operations by enabling workflows for pricing, quotes, and financial data that drive commission payments, accounts payable, reporting for receivables, chargebacks and related financial reporting. Through management of this platform, this role bridges the customer, agent, and carrier ecosystems, enabling seamless insurance quoting, placement and servicing that is critical to the customer experience.

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED
• 10+ years of experience working in the insurance industry
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of the carrier partner business issues and goals
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and product management tools required
• Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360 or QQ Cat required
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Vertafore Agency Zoom required 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
• Collaborative and consultative work style; high team-orientation
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• Open to change; agile; high learning agility
• Strong analytical skills coupled with sound judgement
• Strong problem solving abilities

Compensation

• The hiring salary for this position is $170,000.00 annually
• This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
