Position Overview
DeepSeas is looking for an Account Executive (Small Business/Commercial) who is assertive and can get the job done! If you’re a confident go-getter and can take control of a situation, this position could be for you. We are looking for a deal-closer, somebody who can find new leads, follow the leads, and make conversions. You will be expected to follow up with new and returning leads and establish yourself as a trusted representative of DeepSeas. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outbound calls, emails, and other methods.
  • Successfully create opportunities within your assigned region
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with leads and existing customers through consistent follow-up, providing information, and addressing questions or concerns. 
  • Manage a portfolio of small business accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and business goals to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and account reviews to ensure customer success.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure sales, close deals, and meet revenue targets. 
  • Building rapport and cultivating relationships with a variety of team members
  • Demonstrate consultative sales approach by creating value-based opportunities with both clients and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and targets. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 – 2 years of professional experience beyond college, preferably in Sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling or equivalent.
  • Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Solid technical aptitude & business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, challenging environment.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability.
