The Financial Anaylst for Brightview Senior Living is part of our Development Team and will support Brightview’s current and future development efforts throughout the Mid-Atlantic, NY Metro and New England regions.
Responsibilities:
In this role you will provide advanced modeling and analytical support for a wide variety of investment, underwriting, budget and strategic planning projects to our Senior Management and Operations teams. You will perform market analysis for new development and acquisition projects, help to identify primary market areas, and asses the macro market conditions and the competitive products in both the markets where we currently operate and are growing, as well as those markets that we are considering breaking into.
You will have the opportunity to analyze and interpret our operations results to identify trends regarding profitability, performance to plan, asset management and opportunistic investments, in addition to making recommendations to our management teams.
We are looking for an individual with a strong financial acumen who is able to think broadly, enjoys research and compiling data and then putting the pieces of the puzzle together to allow us to continue to build vibrant communities that serve our residents.

Salary Range:USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
Compensation Disclosure:
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a financial discipline and one – three years experience in financial analysis or public accounting.
Exceptional proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel applications; working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional analytical skills and detail orientation.
Excellent written communication skills including proper grammar and professional writing.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with and present information to associates at all levels and a wide range of business partners.
Ability to apply reason, logic, and advanced problem solving skills to resolve complex issues.
Ability to independently interpret data, formulate models, draw conclusions and make recommendations based on those conclusions.
Ability to work with strict deadlines in a high volume environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
