What will you be doing?
You will support one of our Consumer Healthcare client to enhance client’s understanding of their performance relative to the market and competitors across multiple brands. You will help client better understand the dynamics of the competitive marketplace, consumers, and macro trends. You will utilize a variety of Circana tools to create compelling insights-based reports and analyses for the client.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize POS, Consumer Panel, and eCommerce data sets to present fact-based arguments influencing decision making of brand, research and other client teams
- Build rapid rapport with key client contacts and across functions within the Circana organization
- Coordinate and execute high quality on-going reports, analyses and ad-hoc requests
- Serve as a passionate advocate for the client in order to build their businesses; this may involve presenting and advocating recommendations in a challenging environment
- Identify potential data issues and coordinate effective problem solving with client and internal team
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, eCommerce, category management, or related fields is required
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Marketing and/or sales analytics experience with a CPG company, Retailer, or other CPG industry companies using syndicated data
- Demonstrated proficiency in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, project management and process skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office tools and understanding of AI tools

Location
This role is a hybrid position. It is preferred that you will be available to work onsite 3 days a week in client’s Whippany, New Jersey office.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $92,900.
This job is also eligible for [bonus/incentive/commissions/equity] pay.
