About the Role
We're seeking a forward-thinking Accountant who is as comfortable with process improvement and technology as they are with balance sheets and journal entries.
This role is a unique opportunity to support the implementation of a new accounting system (such as NetSuite) and integrate it with our new CRM platform (such as Salesforce). You'll collaborate across multiple departments to design smarter workflows, improve data integrity, and drive system adoption.

Key Responsibilities
· Support the implementation and integration of the organization's new accounting and CRM systems.
· Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across financial operations.
· Contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insights from financial and system data.
· Develop documentation and train team members on new workflows and tools.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to map and optimize processes between finance and other departments.
· Support month-end and year-end close by preparing JEs, bank and GL reconciliations, accruals, maintaining schedules, and ensuring accuracy.
· Assist with audit, 990, and budget development and tracking.
· Maintain and record assets and liabilities in accordance with GAAP.
· Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Active CPA preferred.
· Extensive knowledge of GAAP principles.
· Experience implementing or migrating accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar).
· Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data integrations between platforms.
· Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
· Excited by modernization, problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration.
· Accounting experience, including general ledger management and financial reporting.
