Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analytics and Reporting Lead who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) data, including claims and visit records, to ensure compliance with federal (CMS) reporting requirements. This position will also establish and manage data interfaces with MassHealth’s Data Warehouse to support ongoing performance monitoring and operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the collection and aggregation of EVV-related claims and visit data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain the data interface with the MassHealth Data Warehouse
• Convert EVV data into formats that comply with MassHealth and CMS reporting standards
• Perform data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for performance improvement
• Lead the incident management process, ensuring timely documentation, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking
• Facilitate collaboration between vendors, IT teams, and program staff to address data quality and operational issues
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support decision-making and CMS reporting obligations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or data management roles within healthcare or Medicaid environments
• Strong understanding of EVV data structures, claims data, and federal reporting requirements (CMS EVV KPIs)
• Proficiency with SQL, data warehousing concepts, and data transformation tools
• Experience supporting incident management and data quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
