The Work
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Software Senior Engineer with a strong background cyber capability development and integration.
In this role, you will be an integrated member of an Agile Cyber Product Team, supporting multiple programs within the IWSS organization.
Responsibilities will include the full scope of the systems engineering process with a focus in cyber capability development and integration.
Tasking will include requirements development and analysis, capability design documentation, product selection, development, integration, regression testing, and delivery of cyber capability solutions to IWSS program's Linux based tactical systems.
Please note:
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government DoD clearance at the Secret level.
The ability to travel up to 10%.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field with 2+ years related professional experience or related Master's Degree and no experience
• Proficient in Linux command line and Linux troubleshooting
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (US citizenship is required).
• The ability to travel up to 10%.

• Programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, such as Ansible, Bash, or PowerShell
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software systems

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. The base range for this position in New Jersey is $75,000 - $135,961.
