The Oaks at Denville is seeking an experienced Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
The Oaks at Denville is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Denville, NJ. At Springpoint, the Admissions Coordinator role is essential to managing the admissions process and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for new residents and their families. The Admissions Coordinator assists the Administrator in managing the resident flow, admissions process and marketing program for the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process
- Serve as the primary contact for referral sources, prospective residents, and families
- Conduct facility tours and provide detailed information about services and care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate and timely admissions
- Monitor census and develop strategies to meet occupancy goals
- Maintain accurate admission records and reports
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in LTC Admissions/Marketing
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurances
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Pay Range: $39.00 - $41.00 / hour
