NATECH is looking for a Program Manager (PM) to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the Army National Guard (ARNG) Training and Range Support Program.
The selected candidate will manage a geographically dispersed team to provide on-site support to training support centers, utilize current IT systems of record to analyze data, develop lists, reports, statistics, memos, and correspondence to provide information in support of ARNG TADSS decision making process, and provide Operator Training/Certification. Support training events on Ground TADSS instruction throughout the United States and its Territories, Sustainable Range Program including:
TASK 1 – TRAINING CENTER SUPPORT OPERATIONS
TASK 2 - TADSS DATA ANALYSIS (TDA)
TASK 3 - REGIONAL VIRTUAL TRAINING PROGRAM
TASK 4 - SUSTAINABLE RANGE PROGRAM (SRP)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and guidance to a geographically dispersed team
- Serve as onsite liaison with customer representatives and the company
- Prepare and Deliver Monthly Status Reports
- Prepare and Distribute ARNG TRS Program Quarterly Newsletter
- Prepare and Deliver Trip Reports
- Manage Travel and Purchasing (Travel Authorization Request and Request to Initiate Purchase/Consent to Purchase Requests
- Prepare and Conduct Program Management Reviews
- Prepare and Deliver Range Operations Work Plan
- Prepare and Deliver Transition Plan
- Provide Service Contract Reporting
- Prepare and Deliver Quality Control Plan
