Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator 3 for its Integrated Supply Chain Management Department. The position will be 100% onsite at our Promontory, Utah offices. The Tech Coordinator will work closely with the production planner and manufacturing to ensure material and planning are available for production. Responsibilities include work order closure, material ordering to the factory floor, and coordination of product movement.

This position typically works 4 days 12-hour shifts with a rotating weekend. Candidate must be willing to perform shift work and overtime as required. This could include weekends, holidays and company shutdown period.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:
- Use of MRP to close work orders; pick material from Stores
- Advises management, planner and factory schedulers of production status and escalate problems to ensure labor, tools, equipment, and services are provided as needed
- Coordinates with other internal departments to ensure the movement of parts is delivered on time
- Works within the department to ensure supporting documents are available before production
- Coordination of product movement across the value stream

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of inventory and operations support experience
- Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality basics, property, engineering flows
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MRP systems
- Knowledge and applicable experience of lean principles
- Experience in tracking and reporting status
- Personal drive for process improvements
- Currently resides in UT
