Your role consists of the following:- Be directly responsible for enterprise clients- Be responsible for the success of the projects led by your team members- Train the members of your team in the core skills of the job- Be responsible for their career developmentYour Responsibilities1. Ensure the Success of ProjectsEnsure the proper execution of projects led by you and your team members- plan and organise meetings and workshops, prepare decks for key meetings (i.e. stakeholder meetings, workshops)- be responsible for governance on complex, enterprise projects, negotiating project scope with senior stakeholders, resource and budget planning- improve the governance frameworks currently in place and roll out changes within the relevant teams- create the visual tools to guide the teams priorities and trigger interesting discussions about the development plan- collect and react to the feedback from PO/client team- create a good team dynamic (energy, positivity, recognition, creating and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders)- build a strong relationship with the client’s stakeholders implicated in the success of the product- have the ability to deep dive into a sector, researching product market fit and finding a key product differentiator- identify blockers and support complex decision-making- use Lean to maximise the productivity of the team- track and maintain delivery indicators- use visibility tools to de-risk the delivery- track and manage dependencies- track and manage milestones within the project- build and manage a development flow- lead the analysis of pieces shared during the UK Weekly Business Reviews- identify problems as and when they arise- have a problem solving mindset, with the humility to share your analysis with the team and encourage a continuous improvement mindset- coach and challenge the team to use methodology on a daily basis2. Train and Grow the Product Managers- Share job fundamentals through weekly dojos- Respond to questions and calls for help raised by your team- Support delivery managers during key moments (e.g., framing, negotiation, etc.)- Lead people reviews for your team members- Coach delivery managers in their career paths3. Contribute to the PM Collective- Participate in weekly meetings and knowledge-sharing rituals with other Group Delivery Managers (we would expect you to travel to the Paris office regularly in order to do this)- Contribute to ongoing training and development within the UK and at group level- Promote Theodo UK’s delivery and product cultureWhat we’re looking for- A minimum of 5 years experience as Delivery Manager on complex technical projects, ideally including cloud migration- Experience across agile time & materials projects as well as fixed cost projects- Strong interest in management, training, and coaching.
