Key Requirements:
Manage receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing, and return/destruction of investigational products (IP) per study protocols and site SOPs.
Maintain drug accountability logs, temperature monitoring records, and chain of custody documentation.
Coordinate with study coordinators, investigators, and sponsor representatives to ensure protocol adherence and IP compliance.
Review pharmacy manuals, dosing instructions, and unblinding procedures as applicable.
Document temperature excursions, IP shipment issues, and other deviations per sponsor/FDA requirements.
Support the regulatory team in maintaining pharmacy sections of the eReg binder and preparing for monitoring or audit visits.
Uphold all ICH-GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 standards in documentation, training, and electronic system use.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing quality improvement and process standardization efforts.qualifications:LVN or higher.
Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and documentation accuracy.
Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced clinical setting.Additional details:
