Responsible for overseeing all aspects of promoting, monitoring, and maintaining recovery programs and staff, while fostering a supportive environment that empowers individuals to achieve long-term recovery and successful reintegration into society.

Responsibilities

Direct supervision of RSS program managers, along with working with organizations involved in provider network. 

Maintain project logs, reports, and accurate records in appropriate files and databases, adhering to program standards. 

Direct the organizations' collaboration and partnerships with internal and external institutions to provide effective peer support services to identify individuals. 

Facilitate daily shift debriefs, as well as weekly individual supervision, and monthly group supervision in partnership with the local leadership team. 

Engage in relationship building and management with community, business, and governmental partners as needed to further the reach and impact of services and programming. 

Administrative duties include scheduling programs and activities, managing staff schedules, data management, monthly service engagement reports, and regular communication via digital platforms. 

Participate and attend management/leadership meetings to represent RSS. Other duties as directed by Executive Leadership

Qualifications

High degree of technological literacy, or willingness to acquire these skills as part of employment. 

Ability to read and interpret financial reports and make service and programming recommendations to Executive Leadership based upon this information. 

Skilled at conducting self in an ethical manner by adhering to the TCBAP codes of ethics. 

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding information received during the facilitation of services - including current understanding of federal, state and local confidentiality rules and regulations. 

Ability to serve as a role model, mentor, advocate, navigator, and motivator to peer staff, managers and at times, individuals in or seeking recovery/re-entry to promote person-centered planning and goal realizations, which may include reductions in harm from substance use and sustaining long-term recovery or re-entry into society.
