The Senior Director, Head of Talent serves as Franklin Electric’s enterprise architect for leadership and succession – designing the systems, insights, and experiences that build capability, continuity, and culture. Partnering with the CHRO, CEO, and senior leaders, this role shapes how Franklin identifies, develops, and advances talent to ensure leadership strength and cultural alignment directly drive business performance.
As a key leader within Franklin’s HR Operating System (HROS), this role brings to life the Five Levers – succession depth, leadership attraction, culture activation, LTI alignment, and enterprise storytelling – connecting leadership quality to business results and enterprise value.

MOVE FORWARD WITH US
- Design and deploy an enterprise succession framework for critical leadership roles.
- Define and activate a modern leadership model integrating performance, potential, and culture.
- Partner with the CEO, CHRO, and ELT to drive talent reviews and succession aligned to strategy.
- Lead the Future-Focused Leadership portfolio, including mentoring and mobility programs.
- Introduce external talent intelligence to benchmark capability and inform development.
- Align incentives and recognition with leadership and culture impact.
- Maintain an enterprise talent dashboard tracking readiness, diversity, and leadership velocity.
- Partner with Business Talent Leaders to embed consistent talent practices across units.
- Strengthen Franklin’s leadership brand internally and externally.

- Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years in talent management, leadership development, or org effectiveness.
- Experience designing enterprise talent systems and executive development programs.
- Strong business fluency, analytics, and executive presence.
