This is a paid training program, no experience is required. This position includes a combination of classroom instruction and on-the-job clinical shift training to prepare you for your new role. Classroom training times vary, but is typically Monday through Friday for 8 hours each day provided by Dallas College and UT Southwestern. Clinical shift training can be either eight-hour shifts or twelve-hour shifts, depending on the specialty area. After successful completion, you will transition to a full time position within one of the hospital units working either five 8-hour shifts or three 12-hours shifts per week.
