The Scrubin National Accounts Manager will support the VP of Sales and Operations in managing and growing key customer relationships nationwide, with a strong focus on business development.
This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing national accounts while delivering exceptional service to ensure retention and growth. The National Accounts Manager will partner closely with internal departments to execute contracts, drive revenue expansion, resolve client issues, and maximize the value of our national partnerships.
Key responsibilities Include:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within target industries such as hospitals, universities, medical groups, and veterinary offices.
Build prospect lists using tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media, focusing on decision-makers like procurement directors or administrators.
Qualifying Leads:
Engage with prospects to understand their uniform program needs, challenges, and goals.
Assess whether the organization aligns with Scrubin’s ideal client profile and determine their readiness to explore a tailored apparel program.
Presenting Solutions:
Clearly articulate the value of Scrubin’s customized uniform programs, including features like online portals, employee discounts, and on-site events.
Tailor messaging to highlight how Scrubin’s solutions address the specific needs of each industry segment
Relationship Building:
Build trust with prospects by focusing on their unique needs and offering insights or resources that demonstrate Scrubin’s expertise.
Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring prospects feel supported throughout the decision-making process.
Collaboration with Sales Teams:
Pass qualified leads to Program Directors and, when applicable, pass to the Account Management team.
Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Provide regular updates on lead generation metrics and pipeline health.
Market Research and Insights:
Stay informed about trends in healthcare, education, and veterinary industries to identify opportunities and refine outreach strategies and share insights.
Qualifications include:
High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in a sales role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively across teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
