Delivery Supervisor na JBS USA

Description

• Oversee all operations within the Delivery Department.
• Ensure all drivers comply with DOT regulations and Pilgrim’s safety policies.
• Manage payroll for the Delivery Department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date DOT paperwork at all times.
• Monitor driver compliance with Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system guidelines.
• Ensure department training and certifications are current in Alchemy and Sentix systems.
• Maintain all vehicles in DOT inspection-ready condition.
• Monitor diesel fuel levels and inventory at the feed mill.
• Ensure all vehicles are current with preventative maintenance (PM) schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries with contract haulers.
• Supervise the Dispatch Department to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Ensure the Delivery Department operates within all state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or delivery operations preferred. 
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.
• Experience with ELD systems and fleet management is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
