Proliant Health and Biologicals is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Line Operator in Lexington, Nebraska. In this role, you will play a key part in our production process, ensuring the safe and efficient collection of bovine plasma in compliance with FDA, USDA, and OSHA regulations. Starting pay is $24.00/hr, with a $2.00/hr shift premium for the night shift. We're hiring for B shift (3:30 pm - 12:00 am).
Key Responsibilities
Operate production equipment under the guidance of the Operations Supervisor or Shift Lead
Follow all sanitary, safety, and regulatory procedures
Prepare, handle, and position collection containers safely
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Communicate effectively with team members and report any safety or equipment concerns
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Stable work history preferred
Ability to work safely, follow established procedures, and remain detail-oriented
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and fit-for-duty exam
