What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage preparation and submission of sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, and property tax reports, ensuring accuracy and timely compliance.
- Partner with internal teams and external consultants to handle state audits, annual reports, registrations, and franchise taxes.
- Maintain precise monthly accruals and account reconciliations to support financial integrity.
- Contribute to state apportionment workpapers and unclaimed property reporting, adding value through attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, embrace new tools, and share knowledge across the team.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years sales tax experience.
- A degree in accounting or finance.
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Resourcefulness and adaptability; self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc) required; experience with Thompson Reuters, One Source, HFM, SOVOS, and SAP preferred, but not required.

 Salary range: $80K–$90K, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), annual bonus, paid vacation, and other benefits.
